As a Landlord it is your responsibility to ensure the annual Gas Safety Certificate is carried out on your rental properties for the safety of your tenants. It is also recommended that a Boiler Service is carried out annually to keep the manufactures warranty valid. Therefore, with this in mind we have created a special Landlords package that should make the organising a little easier and stress free.

Landlords Gas Safety Certificate - £50.00 + VAT

Additional Items - £12.50 + VAT

Gas Boiler Service - £25.00 + VAT

Please note that these prices only apply if a Gas Boiler Service is carried out on the same day.
